The present western politics
show an incapacity to adequate
the culture and the organisation of societies
to the needs of the new technological condition.
This incapacity is also causing
cultural changes,
that are even less suitable to present needs.
The deep analysis of these conditions,
exposed in detail within the site,
reveals social risks that are very high,
and need prompt attention, care
and prudence.

MOAS wishes to constitute
an international Group of intellectuals and sensitive people
which will define and set up the guidelines,
in culture and organisation,
that are necessary to achieve a harmonised development of new societies.
The initial nucleus of the project is shown in the site.
The guidelines here developed are innovative, adequate
and simple.

It is an initiative from people to people,
that will publish and register its whole production,
to avoid the possibility of a different use of this project in the future.
A "transversal" project,
that considers inadequate the present logic of political fronts.

If you wish to contribute to develop this idea,
to control those elements
that are arresting the development
and that in the present situation
may also expose our living conditions
to serious risks,
if you wish to contribute to achieve
important possibilities
that could become realities,
you can collaborate with us,
even only from your computer, even only occasionally,
or you can become a member, or make a donation,
or simply communicate to other people our site www.moas.net .
If you have your own site, you can add it in your work,
or hereinafter

This project will not be achieved without participation.
