Societies have a strong and natural tendency
to determine situations of prevarication.
These are the main causes of an arrested development
and of a low quality of life.
To control this tendency it is necessary to achieve
an organisation of societies
that presently is called democracy.
 
It is possible to conceive different kinds
of engineered democratic structures.
These may have different effectiveness.
Effectiveness also depends on the characteristics of the societies
where these systems are meant to work.
Technological societies show new characteristics
that requires an update of present democratic structures.
 
This project proposes very innovative elements
for the construction of an effective democratic organisation
of societies, including technological ones.
In order to achieve more desirable results,
this project only involves a few elements
which are capable of determining 
the program in question.
 
The project is meant to work with the following elements:
a cultural model for society,
structures for the governing systems, 
the access systems for the governing level of the society, 
the governing control systems,
the rules that determine the relationships 
between groups and social activities.
 
Therefore this project has an indirect operative strategy, 
which is relatively simple
and more effective than many possible direct strategies
because it deals with the causes of events.
Acting on the causal elements,
is one of the main characteristics of this project.
This kind of strategy
is not a tipical one for the usual strategies
which deal mostly with the final results
and pay little attention to the conditions
which usually cause them.
 
A significant part of the cultural and structural model
of the society, according to our studies,
is already published
and can be found on this site.
 
For the improvement of the quality of life,
the project is intended not only
to improve the technical conditions of life,
but also to improve our capacity
for understanding and participating in the events.
 
In addition to major purposes already described above,
this project also contains some secondary objectives.
These are guide lines we consider necessary
for a high technological society,
in the spheres of law, ecology and territory structure.
These purposes are considered to be of minor importance
because we believe that
the conditions determined by the actions
of the major importance
are capable to produce suitable legislation
in every social sphere.
The secodary objectives keep their importance for us
because they are considered useful
for anticipating the desired results
and for enriching the contribution 
that our project hopes to be able to make
for the actual societies.
 
The initiative that's presented here is the result of
the dissatisfaction of today's way of life,
the belief of being able to achieve 
a real and significant improvement of this lifestyle with rational interventions,
the belief of being able to bring innovative contributions
to get to the desired lifestyle,
observing the lack of initiatives
that can be considered really useful
for the achievement of the lifestyle in question,
the interest for a real development
of the new high technology's societies,
given the considerable potentials of these systems
and noticing worrying signs of crises
of technological societies.
 
We believe that this project
is based on concrete necessity, 
it's logical
and defines rational and innovative strategies.
The elements of our innovative proposals
don't seem to be actually observed
in the similar projects
and, from our point of view, the social adaptation,
that we propose,
nowadays is indispensable.
Even if the project seems impossibly ideal,
it should also be valued in a positive way,
because utopia must always exist in order 
to contain the extremally pragmatic 
and prevaricative social tendencies
which are always considerable. 
 
We want this project
to obtain international structure,
because of the actual interconnection
of the conditions and the problems
everywhere on the planet. 
 
Today
the project is searching for connections and colaborations,
especially in the fields of political sociology, 
psychology, economics and informatics.
